I'm not going to go as far as to say that it's AAA, but it's a BBB+. I'm surprised how much fun I'm having playing this game. I always loved Big Team Battle in Halo, and to have a huge game like Warhawk with no lag is awesome. The vehicles and map layouts are great, there is a lot of strategy involved too. Sony has to do this or else they will lose another holiday season, which they cannot afford to do. Yeah, I'm a little salty for buying my 60GB PS3 @ $599, but I understand that price cuts will come (early adopter syndrome). Sony will finally have some games this holiday to attract some more gamers, so they need a console that gamers and parents can actually afford. Price Cut ASAP!!!
To me it's really interesting to see a new/unproven game at the top of the list, and then two of the best/proven FPS's ever at the bottom. Just interesting.
That they'd sell the green/orange controller separately to match the headset, cause that combo would be the shiz. I can't say that I'm crazy about the McFarlane special edition controllers, but I'll probably pick up the Spartan one anyway.

Pre-order off of Amazon for just $85, that's a great deal. I just did that same pre-order deal for Heroes Season 1 on HD DVD. Yeah, you gotta wait a day or two to get it shipped to you, but that's worth saving $35-$40 IMO.

No, iTunes definitely charges $1.99 per show and $0.99 per song. However, iTunes does have a "buy the season" option, which rivals the cost of most season DVD's.
Edit: No Problem. I wish there was some kind of option to buy a season too for the 360, but that doesn't mean much until I'm able to use it on my PC and Zune too.
Well, don't go into it thinking that it's going to be a "run and gun" shooter, cause that's not it at all. It's still a turn based RPG, but with shooter elements. So, you won't see much more than 5 or 6 enemies on a screen as a means to be able to fit the turn based style. (See KOTOR)
